Rob Corcoran
Consultant Occupational Therapist
Rob is a highly qualified and recognized expert in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, specializing in work and functional capacity evaluations, cost of future care analysis, and occupational therapy. With over a decade of experience managing teams and providing community rehabilitation services, Rob has earned a reputation for his expertise and commitment to delivering tailored, impactful solutions. He also offers expert-level services such as file critique, assistance with trial preparations, and functional analysis of surveillance.

Rob’s extensive background includes spinal cord and brain injury assessments, as well as return to work support services. He is passionate about creating practical solutions to help older adults and individuals with disabilities age in place, fostering independence and quality of life.

Outside of the clinic and job sites, Rob enjoys coaching soccer and rugby, fishing, snowmobiling, and trail running—activities that reflect his love for teamwork, adventure, and the great outdoors.


Edmond Tan
Occupational Therapist
Edmond is an experienced Occupational Therapist who has an extensive background in community mental health within Vancouver's public sector, helping clients build meaningful daily routines and develop practical strategies for independent living.

He expanded into private practice, specializing in return-to-work programs, community rehabilitation, ergonomic assessments and job demands analyses. As part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, he currently provides services through WorkSafe BC's Customized Recovery and Return-to-Work Program, helping individuals with musculoskeletal injuries navigate both physical recovery and mental health concerns. His approach combines thorough clinical assessment with real-world solutions—from workplace visits to gradual return-to-work planning—ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey.

When not helping clients achieve their goals, he enjoys staying active through fitness clubs and yoga, as well as experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Matt Gregson
Occupational Therapist
Matt obtained a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) from the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Medicine. He is a certified Functional/Work Capacity Evaluator (CFCE/CWCE), EPIC lift capacity evaluator, Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) provider, Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS) evaluator and Advanced Cost of Future Care/Life Care Planner. He has been certified as an expert witness in the Supreme Court of British Columbia in the fields of Occupational Therapy, Functional Capacity Evaluations and Cost of Future Care Analysis.
Prior to obtaining his MOT degree he worked in employment services helping individuals secure employment in the local labour market. Throughout the course of his career he has been involved in the rehabilitation journey of individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological and psychosocial barriers to durable employment and community function.
When not working you can find Matt exploring one of the many coastal trails by foot or wheel with his family (including his pup). You may also catch him enjoying a local sporting event, particularly at a nearby baseball diamond.


Kate Rudelier
Registered Clinical Counsellor
With over 20 years of experience, Kate offers specialized mental health support with a focus on women, children, and youth. Her practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centred approach, addressing a wide range of emotional, developmental, and life transition challenges.
Her areas of specialization include women's emotional, physical, and reproductive mental health; emotional and behavioural concerns in children and youth; addiction and recovery support; disability awareness and advocacy; and trauma-informed care across the lifespan.
Kate is dedicated to connecting with individuals who are open to learning, exploring, and engaging in the journey of healing.
Both virtual and in-person sessions are available, along with a complimentary 15-minute virtual consultation for new clients.
